Haroon Mokhtarzada is a dynamic entrepreneur and angel investor with a diverse background. He transitioned from being a Harvard Law graduate to becoming a serial entrepreneur. Haroon founded Webs.com, a widely-used website creation platform that gained 50 million users and was subsequently acquired by Vistaprint. Following his success with Webs, he co-founded Truebill in 2015, further establishing his commitment to simplifying consumer subscription management. Haroon, with his brothers, established the Mokhtarzada Hatchery Program at the Department of Computer Science. Established in 2021, the Mokhtarzada Hatchery supports University of Maryland students in conceptualizing and launching startups.
