Some CS users are hearing from colleagues who use the campus Exchange server that email sent to @cs is bouncing. The sender receives a message that will indicate "DELIVERY HAS FAILED TO THESE RECIPIENTS OR GROUPS: 'userName-contact.' Deleting the contact from the address book and re-adding it fixed the problem. This is a DivIT problem and senders should report via email to itsc@umd.edu. The source of the problem is a corrupt nickname cache on the campus Exhcange server.
