We are performing maintenance on the routers and switches in our datacenter. There will be multiple brief losses of network access during this period and some servers will have longer outages.

Our NFS server is currently experiencing a hardware problem, causing an inability to access email and home directories. We are working hard to fix this.

This evening we made a major step in moving off our old Cisco core router to a new pair of routers. Minor additional work will be required to finish setting up the redundancy/failover options.
The Cisco had a significant set of firewall rules (ACLs). If you have specific ACL needs or you find access is more or less restrictive than it used to be, let us know.

There will be a disruption to printing over the network prior to 8:30am on Thursday morning as we upgrade our print server.
