Conference Registration

Conference registration price includes -- technical session attendance 6/18/2001 - 6/20/2001, proceedings, continental breakfast on 6/18/2001, luncheon on 6/18/2001 and 6/19/2001, refreshment breaks, reception on the evening of 6/17/2001, and banquet dinner at the New England Aquarium on Monday, on 6/18/2001.

They will be providing conference attendees with a special conference rate of $199.00 per night (plus tax) for double or single occupancy. The conference rate also applies for stays up to two days before or after the conference. To receive the conference rate, reservations must be made on or before May 26, 2001 and be accompanied by a deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Conference attendees are responsible for handling their own hotel reservations/payment. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel. When making reservations, please mention that you are going to be attending the ACM SIGMETRICS/Performance 2001 conference.

Since the hotel is relatively small and quite popular, conference attendees are advised to make their hotel reservations as early as possible.

Student Accommodations

Courtesy of the MIT Laboratory for Computer Science, we are able to offer lower cost student housing on the MIT campus. Information and an application form are available through this link. Only students registering on or before the early registration deadline are eligible to apply for housing on the MIT campus.

The application for student housing must be submitted together with the conference/workshop registration. Details on eligibility and assignment policies, accommodation types, fees, rules, and cancellation policies are available on the student housing application form.
