We will use Quuly for students to see a TA during office hours. Information how to register can be found at Quuly Sign up. To request help during office hours, follow the instructions provided at Requesting Help.
You MUST confirm you email address from the email that Quuly sends you. Additionally, ensure that you do not have an "Update Account" banner. Finally, link your UMD zoom account to Quuly via the "Add to Zoom" button, above the "Join Queue" button. Failing to do this will result in you being UNABLE to join the office hours queue!
Students should not queue prior to office hours for the day. The queue will be cleared at the beginning of the day to ensure this policy remains in effect. Queueing prior to the start of office hours will result in lost tokens.
