Hawkwind

• Hawkwind's single Kerb Crawler/Honky Dory was remixed by David Gilmour. This notable event seems to be the only joint effort between the two bands.

  Both songs can be found on Hawkwind's album Tales From The Atom Henge. It is nteresting that David Gilmour is credited for Honky Dory but not credited for Kerb Crawler. He is credited as doing the remix for Kerb Crawler on it's original release, though.

  Another interesting detail is that when asked about the session, Hawkwind's Dave Brock has stated that he has no recollection of David Gilmour coming in to mix the songs.

• [Feb 27]. The remaster of the album Hawkwind released in 1996 contains a cover of Pink Floyd's Cymbaline.
