• [Feb 27]. In early seventies Ron Geesin opened for Genesis during their Great Britain tour. In fact, both liberal Piter Gabriel and Roger Waters used to discuss politics with libertarian Geesin while working together.

• Genesis recorded one song (The Brazilian) for the soundtrack to When The Wind Blows, most of which was scored by Roger Waters

• On of Genesis songs was included into Rock Aid Armenia. David Gilmour participated in the recording of Smoke on The Water (the famous Deep Purple song) for this record.

• Peter Gabriel
  • Bob Ezrin, Pink Floyd's collaborator and producer since the Wall (1979) produced Peter's 1977 album.

  • Tony Levin is a permanent member of Peter Gabriel's band, played on all Peter's solo albums. (including the one, produced by Bob Ezrin).

• Phil Collins
  • ... was performeing together with David Gilmour during the King Edward VII Hospital benefit at Cowdry Park , Sussex on September 18 1993.

  • In his November, 1992 Musician interview Roger Waters said:

    "I seem to always wind up attacking poor Phil Collins, but it's only because he's so visible - he's symptomatic of an awful lot of if. He might well disagree and so might his fans, but the feeling I get is that he's pretending to be a songwriter or a rock'n'roller. It's an act. That's why it's unsatisfying."
