Diversity in ML
Learning diverse solutions.
I am working on creating automation that will increase diversity in the workplace through the admissions/hiring process. Currently I am focusing on Multi-Armed Bandits problems. I am happy to call John Dickerson my advisor.
Education
Supporting minorities in CS.
I teach after school computer science to girls at Montgomery Blair High School. I worked for Einstein By Design teaching elementary school kids and creating new curricula. My research also focuses on increasing diversity in graduate admissions.
Art and Electronics
My hobbies.
In my spare time I work on micro-electronics projects that use Arduino and Raspberry Pi. To keep sane I draw in Charcoal and paint with watercolors.

I started off in Machine Learning and Game Theory, moved on to Computational Biology, and now I have landed in Fairness and Diversity in Machine Learning.
