The purpose of maintaining this list is to suggest resource-people for IEEEXtreme promotion events. I have not been competing for many years now. I am out of touch and won't be much of use. You can find the resources I collected or talks I gave when I knew what I was talking about. If you want someone to give a talk, I would suggest (1) winners of recent years, (2) people who are still working on algorithms -- Buddhima Gamlath, Ramith, or (3) people who kept in touch with coding competitions in one way or another -- Varuna.
