Rachel Thomas

1st year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, specializing in privacy, security, and cryptography. My research is driven by a passion for human-centered privacy and security, aiming to develop solutions that empower individuals to protect their personal information in an increasingly digital world.

I earned both my Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I graduated with Distinction (Magna Cum Laude).
