Rajesh Chitnis Wins Outstanding Graduate Student Award

Computer Science Department Ph.D. Student Rajesh Chitnis has been awarded the University of Maryland College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences Board of Visitors Outstanding Graduate Student Award. Mr. Chitnis is a fourth year Ph.D. student advised by Computer Science Department Professor MohammadTaghi Hajiaghayi. Mr. Chitnis’ research areas of interest are fixed-parameter and approximation algorithms, graph theory and algorithmic game theory.
