I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at University of Maryland - College Park. My research interests are broadly in the intersection of information extraction and information retrieval. I currently work as a Research Assistant at CLIP lab and my advisor is Dr. Doug Oard. I also collaborate with folks at Johns Hopkins University's HLTCOE (Human Language Technology Center for Excellence) and am co-advised by Dr. Ben Van Durme.
My current research focuses on casting the Cross Document Coreference Resolution (CDCR) task as a mention search task. I have experience working in the area of Information Retrieval Evaluation, especially in building test collections.
