JavaMemoryModel: JSR133-related division of labor between javac and JVM

Hi folks.

I've been tracking this work for about a year and glad to see it come to
fruition.

Question: Is there a clear statement somewhere of how the
responsibilities for implementing JSR133 are to be divided between the
compiler and the VM?
