The International Symposium on Empirical Software Engineering (ISESE) and the International Symposium on Software Metrics (Metrics) have merged, beginning with the 2007 conference. The combined conference will be known as the International Symposium on Empirical Software Engineering and Measurement (ESEM).

The 2007 ESEM will be September 20-21, 2007 in Madrid, Spain. The website for the new conference is at http://www.esem-conferences.org/.
