Orinoco 11b Patch

This patch allows the orinoco_cs driver (version 11b) to do the scanning functionality (and some more features). The patch is based on a patch for orinoco_cs 9b (By Jean Tourrilhes) with some modifications.

Features

The patch adds the following features to the orinoco_cs 11b driver:

Scanning support.
New wireless extensions API support.
Wireless events.

Driver switching : If you want to switch between the 2 Wavelan-IEEE drivers, everything is controlled in /etc/pcmcia. wvlan_cs is bound in config, wavelan2_cs is bound in wavelan2_cs.conf, mwavelan_cs is bound in mwavelan_cs.conf, mwvlan_cs is bound in config. Comment those files as needed.
