Purpose

Find an Interesting Visualization

The Problem

Find an interesting (static) visualization of data in a publication that you read or on a web page. Use the examples from class or the book as examples.

Turn in a copy of the visualization, or the original, if you can. Also, submit a brief critique (a page or less) of the visualization.  This should describe in clear sections (the first two of which may be quite short):

• What the data is and what the visualization is
• What tasks you think the visualization attempts to support
• Whether the visualization supports those tasks and why

This is an individual assignment.
