- Commercial INGRES 4X faster
- Mid 1970s INGRES 2X faster
- C-Based system at least twice as fast as LISP-based
implementation
- POSTGRES 60% of Commercial INGRES performance
- Did better than relation system. Needs more
optimization:header size reduced, data clustering, no
security problems though
