PLATFORMS:
Web-Hermes exists primarily on the Unix/X-Windows platform;
Experimental versions exist for the PC/Windows environment as well..
DISTRIBUTED IMPLEMENTATION:
A current client-server based Hermes implementation accesses
nine data sites, worldwide, across the Internet (new site integration
requires roughly 30 minutes). Participating test sites include the following:
