Occurs when the value of the Brush property changes.
The event handler receives an argument of type PPropertyEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following PPropertyEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

In the PPropertyEventArgs, both the old and new value will be a set correctly.
When a user attaches an event handler to the BrushChanged Event as in BrushChanged += new PPropertyEventHandler(aHandler), the add method adds the handler to the delegate for the event (keyed by PROPERTY_KEY_BRUSH in the Events list). When a user removes an event handler from the BrushChanged event as in BrushChanged -= new PPropertyEventHandler(aHandler), the remove method removes the handler from the delegate for the event (keyed by PROPERTY_KEY_BRUSH in the Events list).
