The Cextor Project
- Description: In the Cextor project, we
are investigating methods for indexing, querying, and presenting XML
data, with emphasis on the dynamic aspects of data. Our initial
implementation of an XML search engine (available below) supports
context-sensitive queries in XML (and HTML, by conversion to XML). It
also includes a novel method for browsing large search results using
context. For details, please refer to the technical report below. We
are currently working on extending this system to include changes and
on an implementation of algorithms for differencing XML documents.
