| According to the lay press, 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Our app is designed to create a fun and interactive way to be reminded to stay hydrated! Our interface will provide notifications throughout the day to remind the user to drink water by growing a virtual plant every day for one work week where the user is able to set their own goals. Once they sip the sweet nectar of the gods, they can enter it into the app. The plant will then grow by one increment, starting as a seedling and growing into a luscious plant for each consecutive day. The progress of each day is saved according to each day and displayed on one of the screens. At the end of the week, the user can look back at their progress and share with their friends by saving a picture. Not only does our app remind people to stay hydrated, but also creates a fun way to stay healthy! |
