| This app, Who's There, allows friends to see who is nearby. The user can connect with Facebook friends who have also downloaded the app and can share his/her location upon adding them as a "Who's There" friend. The user can see who is nearby when Facebook friends add the user as a "Who's There" friend. The home page consists of ranges of distances that the user's friends are at, relative to the user's location. For example, the user can see friends who are within 500 feet of his/her location or people who are within 20 miles of his/her location. These distances are updated in real-time upon opening the app. When the user closes the app, their location is not updated until the app is reopened. This application requires a minimum API 21. |
